Fresh ingredients straight from the farm, to your kitchen! All meals are made from scratch, by me, in your own home, where you can enjoy delicious, fully-prepared meals anytime of day. Meals are completely customizable to suit your dietary preferances. Although most of my meals have an emphasis on healing foods, it is important to treat yo’self! I specialize in anti-inflammatory foods and make a lot of soups, broths, and salads. I also love to create different plant based cheese alternatives, sauces, and desserts!

HOW IT WORKS

Consultation

Meet with me in person,via phone, or email, and we can select a meal plan that is perfectly tailored for you after discussing your individual health goals and dietary requirements.

I cook for you

First, I will shop for the best plant based ingredients, then I will come to your house with my supllies and cook the meals that we decide for you based on our intital consultation. 

HEAT & EAT

After cooking and prepping, I will leave your kitchen clean and stocked. Your whole meal will be packaged and ready to eat. Most meals will need to be heated up. but some things may be cold. 

PLANT BASED

Eating plant based is a choice people usually make for their health, and plant based recipes center around using minimally processed ingredients that come solely from plant sources. A plant based diet is a vegan diet but a vegan diet is not always a plant based diet.

VEGAN

Veganism is more of a lifestyle than just a diet. Many vegans choose not to support the use of animal products in any aspect of their lives. Vegan food isn’t always as healthy as there are many processed and packaged vegan options available today, such as oreos or vegan hot dogs.

I try to keep my food as minimally processed as possible. All meal plans are plant based and custom made to your liking, which includes any special dietary restrictions such as soy free, gluten free, non-GMO, and anything else you can think of.
